These vegetarian pigs in blankets are the perfect party food to serve your veggie guests at your next Christmas gathering. These quick to make cranberry glazed sausages require just 3 ingredients and can be ready in under 30 minutes.

Vegetarian pigs in blankets: ingredients
This simple recipe requires just 3 ingredients:
- Vegetarian cocktail sausages: I used Quorn cocktail sausages. These are vegetarian, however vegan cocktail sausages are available.
- Vegan bacon: ensure you use a flexible vegan bacon which will easily wrap around the sausages. I recommend using Richmond meat-free streaky bacon, or Tesco Plant Chef smokey bacon.
- Cranberry sauce: any cranberry sauce will do, I loosened the sauce with a little water to make it easier to pour over the sausages.

How to make vegetarian pigs in blankets
Firstly, preheat the oven to 200℃/180℃ fan (390℉/355℉).
Secondly, slice the bacon into 1 cm strips lengthways. Wrap each cocktail sausage in a strip of bacon. Arrange the sausages on a lined baking tray.

In a small bowl mix together the cranberry sauce and water. Pour a teaspoon of sauce over each sausage.
Finally, bake for 15 minutes until the bacon is cooked through.
Serve the sausages hot or cold with cocktail sticks.
