Cottage Cheese Toast

Cottage cheese toast with ajvar, avocado, and mixed seeds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 3 tbsp ajvar
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp seeds mixed, or of your choice!

Method
 

  1. Firstly, toast your sourdough. Allow to cool slightly whilst you finely slice the avocado. Flatten the avocado slices slightly with the side of the knife.
  2. Spread the sourdough with the ajvar and top with the avocado. Spoon over the cottage cheese and sprinkle over the seeds. Enjoy!
