Charcuterie Chips

The viral charcuterie chips - Kettle chips topped with Brie, honey, deli meat, and fig jam.

Ingredients
  

  • 130g Salted Kettle Chips
  • 200g Brie placed in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before use
  • 4 slices Prosciutto (I used a vegan deli meat but use whatever you like)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp fig jam

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 190℃/170℃ fan (375°F / 340°F).
  2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Tip your crisps onto the tray and spread well. Slice half of the Brie into 0.5cm slices. Coarsely grate the rest of the Brie over crisps. Tear the prosciutto or vegan alternative into pieces and dot over the crisps. Dot over the Brie and place into the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle over the honey. Spoon over the fig jam and serve whilst still hot. Enjoy!
