Biscoff French toast sticks: ingredients
You need 8 ingredients to make these French toast sticks:
- White bread
- Biscoff spread
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Strawberries, to serve

How to make French toast sticks
Firstly, remove the crusts from the bread. Spread two of the slices with Biscoff and top with the remaining bread slices to make 2 sandwiches. Slice each sandwich into 4 sticks.

Crack the eggs into a large shallow bowl and add in the milk. Whisk together until combined.
Combine the sugar with the cinnamon and tip onto a plate.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Dip the mini sandwiches in the egg to coat completely, but do not let them soak for too long. Shake off the excess egg before frying in batches in the butter.
Fry the French toast sticks until golden on each side.

Coat the French toast in the cinnamon sugar before drizzling with Biscoff spread and topping with strawberries. You can also add maple syrup and cream. Enjoy!

Tips and tricks
- Can you reheat French toast sticks? Yes! You can reheat the French toast in the oven or air fryer. Pop the sticks in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or bake them in the oven at 175°C/350°F for 5-10 minutes.
- Don’t soak the bread for too long: soaking the bread for too long in the egg will make the sticks soggy and the bread might fall apart.
- Use thick bread: using thick bread will also help to stop the bread falling apart.
